Real Estate Pre-Payment Option

Effective July 1, 2017, the City of Fairfax now offers automated ACH (Debit) payments for pre-payment of Real Estate bills.

  •  Funds can be taken out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually.

     

• Set the amount to be taken out based on the schedule you have chosen.

   

• FEE: $1.50 per payment

  • Xem xổ số miền nam trực tiếpExample:  If you choose to make 12 monthly payments your fee would be $18 (12 x $1.50).

The application process is simple and only requires a few minutes of your time.
